Last Details

General Information

1. We have 6 girls and 8 guys (if Billy Phelps is unable to make it, which I think will happen based on a recent conversation).
2. House Address for your mapping/GPS info: 600 SW 19 Road - Miami, FL 33129
3. Friday will probably be BYOB to negate any funding discrepancies. If there is a place nearby, plan on this. If not easily accessible, we'll buy in bulk and incorporate into the BBQ cost.
4. BRING CASH to pay for the house, bbq, and limo...

Room will be $400 per night / 7 guys = $57 per night (boys)
BBQ - $15-$20 each (boys and girls)
Limo - $600 / 12 people = $50 (boys and girls)
Total Cash for these obligations = $179 - $184

We DO NOT want IOUs or "we'll pay you later" so please remember to bring it or get it when you get there.

Guy-Specific Information - What to Bring

1. Golf equipment and apparel
2. Bathing Suit
3. Tennis shoes and casual clothing (for paint-balling)
4. Club apparel (I'd bring a nice shirt, slacks and a pair of nice jeans - just in case there is a dress code)
5. CASH and credit/debit
6. Cameras

What I need Someone to Bring

1. Coolers (2 if possible - the bigger the better)
2. Grilling utensils (I have access to a grill, so just utensils)
3. Air Mattress (just in case)

This page is to provide information to the invited, gentlemen guests. If you were directly invited or if you're participating as a guest of one of the ladies, this blog will provide information on times and dates, locations, activities, estimated costs and so on.

Feel free to comment and provide information, ideas, etc. I'm not sending this to Chris because 1. I don't really want him to worry about this stuff and 2. I kinda want some of it to be a surprise. Thanks and I look forward to seeing some of you strangers!

Then hit some nice clubs (should have VIP hookup)
Aug 2, Sunday - Out of house by 10am, recover, breakfast, and depart.

Costs:

Obviously costs will change based on how many attend... I'm looking for a place that can sleep 6-8, shouldn't cost more than a couple hundred per night. Here is how I see the costs and again, ideas are welcome to keep them down.

Based on NINE people, not including the Groom (I'm taking care of his portion)
(I'll change the number as I get confirmations from you guys)

Lodging: $1,210 for three nights (Thurs-Sat) (at $400 per night, $45 per person per night)
Golf: $40-$100 (depending on location and number of rounds)
Cookout (Friday night): $10-$20 for food, drinks, grill rental
Dinner (Saturday night): $30 -$50
Limousine: $900 / 14 people = $65 per person

DON'T FORGET TO CALCULATE YOUR "ENTERTAINMENT" COSTS (Drinks, splitting costs in VIP, transportation, golf miscellaneous, other activities if we choose to do them, lunch, anything else you can think of).

Please comment on this and answer the following questions:

1. Are you attending? (YES, NO, WILL LET YOU KNOW)
2. Is anyone driving and have a large SUV that will hold most of the golfing gear and/or most of the people? If not, two smaller SUVs will work. Let me know your intentions with respect to transportation.
3. Do you have any ideas after golfing? Anything fun to do? (paintball, skydiving, parasailing, etc?)
4. Can you think of indoor activities just in case it rains? (historically, August is the wettest month of the year in Miami).

I'll post more information as I finalize plans.... I'll just edit this blog so the information always stays at the top of the screen. Thanks!
